Central bank says may raise or hold key rate soon
MOSCOW, Dec 21 (PRIME) -- The central bank does not rule out raising or holding the key rate soon, First Deputy Chairman Vladimir Chistyukhin said on Wednesday.
"Speaking about expectations, the expectations range between to hold and to raise," Chistyukhin said referring to further dynamics of the rate.
